TrexHive is a brand of Krishna Developers, a sole proprietorship of Harshal Madgulkar. Whatever you need, a person reads it — there is no ticket queue here yet, and we would rather answer slowly than pretend otherwise.
1. About a booking
The fastest route is the organizer who runs your trek: their phone number is on your ticket and on the booking, and they are the people who know whether the coach has left. Every booking you have made is on your bookings page, with the ticket to download.
If it is about money — a refund that has not arrived, a charge you do not recognise — write to us rather than the organizer. We took the payment and we are the ones who can trace it.
2. About your data
- See what we hold. Your profile page has a Download my data button. It gives you everything: your account, your bookings and the people on them, and any credit you hold.
- Correct it. Most of it is editable on your profile. For anything that is not, write to us and say what is wrong.
- Ask for erasure, or withdraw consent. Write to the address below and say which. We answer every request, and we will tell you plainly what we cannot erase and why — a booking an organizer still has to run, and the tax records we are required by law to keep, stay whatever else goes.

3. Where to write
harshal.madgulkar725@gmail.com. That reaches Harshal Madgulkar, who is also our grievance officer. We answer within 30 days, and usually a good deal sooner.

4. If you organise treks
Organisations run their own treks here rather than being listed by us. If you want to sell through TrexHive, register an organisation and we will come back to you once we have checked it — usually a day or two. If you are already registered and stuck on something, write to the address above and say which organisation you are.
